Elarel

Elarel – 2025-09-28

EIN-Advisory: Elarel β€” CODE RED (Immediate Hazard)

Situation

  • Elarel (low-sec) currently assessed CODE RED. Intelligence indicates sustained, coordinated predator activity centered on T3 cruisers and supporting capital/BS assets. Unescorted and lightly fitted ships face extremely high lethality.

Key Threats (priority)

  • Cailin Dioltas β€” Loki (T3): Primary solo predator. Targets mining/industrial vessels and capsules. Active across 07:00–09:00, 14:00–15:00, 21:00–22:00 UTC. Thread-Level 4.5.
  • Elarel T3 Cruiser Gang (Amanda Morgan, Aladar Krahn, Kayla Starchild, Vipy Styx) β€” Loki/Tengu + Barghest: Coordinated gang capable of removing tanks on cruisers (Ishtar kill). Active ~15:00 UTC. Thread-Level 4.0.
  • Aladar Krahn (alone) β€” Tholos (Marauder): Deploys heavy overmatch even on soft targets (Venture kill). Active ~21:00 UTC. Thread-Level 3.5.
  • Serqet Daphiti & Dejan Estemaire β€” Zealot + Lachesis: Coordinated cruiser/recon pair able to down battleships. Active ~16:00 UTC. Thread-Level 3.5.
  • Additional Loki/Proteus pilots (Ena Yleto Yanumano, Michel Ferran, Nikota Bravas, Peter Powers, Miner McBride): Multiple T3s and heavy cruisers engaging miners, haulers, and combat ships across daytime/evening windows. Thread-Levels 3.0–3.5.

Temporal Hot Zones (UTC)

  • Morning Rush: 07:00–09:00 β€” miners/industrials at high risk.
  • Midday/Afternoon: 13:00–17:00 β€” sustained coordinated activity; highest variety of threats.
  • Late Evening: 21:00–23:00 β€” renewed high risk; solo marauder/solo predators active.

At-Risk Vessels

  • Miners (Venture, Procurer, Endurance), industrials/haulers (Iteron Mk V), exploration frigates (Heron, Magnate), capsules. Even combat ships (Ishtar, Cynabal, Rokh, Stratios) are vulnerable to gangs.

Recommended Actions (based on intel)

  1. Avoid Elarel where operationally feasible. Low-sec transit through Elarel is not advised for single-ship mining/hauling runs.
  2. Never transit alone; minimum escort with combat-capable ships required for any valuable or fragile hull.
  3. Fit for survivability and escape: buffer/thermal tanking, warp-core stabilizers, and redundant propulsion where possible β€” but assume multiple web/scram/damp strategies may be used against you.
  4. Use scouts/alt(s) to check gates/stations ahead of the main body; assume T3s are present until cleared by force.
  5. Time-sensitive routing: if you must pass, avoid the listed hot windows. Exercise extreme caution during identified peak periods.
  6. Treat any Loki/Proteus/Tengu encountered as hostile until proven otherwise; do not engage in isolated brawls against suspected coordinated groups.

Final Note

  • Elarel’s pattern shows deliberate hunting of soft targets and capability to defeat well-fitted ships when operating in concert. Operate under worst-case assumptions and prioritize force protection. All pilots proceed at their own risk.
