- The presence of a Zirnitra dreadnought with Vedmak escorts on 2025-11-15 is a major escalation — this is force-projection suitable for structure killing or system denial. Black Ops activity around 18:15 UTC indicates separate, covert ambush operations against transit/PvE ships.
- Adeel is low-sec; CONCORD/neutral response is minimal and will not mitigate the observed threat types (cloaked Black Ops or Triglavian capital projection).
