• Attacker tools include Strategic Cruiser (Loki), Tactical Destroyer (Hecate), Heavy Assault Cruiser (Cerberus), Covert Battlecruiser (Cenotaph), and a Black Ops Battleship (Panther). Presence of these ship types indicates doctrine-level organized roaming and jump-capable escalation.
• Two peak danger windows (UTC): 08:00–10:00 (morning exploitation/cleanup) and 17:00–21:00 (prime-time hunting). Mid-day is lower but not safe.

• Industrial/mining: Procurer, Venture

Why this matters

• Attackers have both interdiction and stealth/black-ops options: they can catch cloaked or very fast targets and can redeploy via jump options (Panther observed). Fragile hulls and lightly tanked industrials are singled out and repeatedly killed. Transit or operations during peak windows without combat-ready fittings or support is high risk.

Tactical Guidance (rooted in observed patterns)

1. Avoid fragile/stealth/explorer hulls in-system during peak windows
   • Do not enter Mya in Covert Ops, Prospect, Venture, Procurer, Purifier, Hound between 08:00–10:00 UTC and 17:00–21:00 UTC unless you have fleet support or are prepared to fight.
2. Transit procedures
   • If transiting, minimize time in-system. Align and warp bookmarks: use warps to 30–50 km off gates/stations; avoid warping to zero on gates where possible.
   • Prefer fast-align frigates with sub-2s align time if you must pass through unattended, but only if they are not fragile exploration hulls.
3. Mining & Industry
   • Do not mine in Mya without a combat fleet escort outside the low-activity midday window. Even tanked barges (Procurer) were destroyed.

6. Black Ops / cyno threat
   • The Panther observation implies jump/cyno capability. Expect non-local reinforcements and the potential for instant escalation. If you detect a cyno or black-ops signature in system, exit immediately.
7. Gate/station behavior
   • Use safe bookmarks; check d-scan before warping to gates/stations; expect tackle and bubbles on popular warp-in points during peak hours.

What to watch for (indicators of ambush/escalation)

• Loki, Hecate, Cerberus, Cenotaph, Panther on the killboard or appearing in local — immediate sign of a coordinated hunting force.
• Multiple small kills (explorers/stealth bombers) clustered in short windows — active gate-camp/roaming gang.
• Cyno or unusual Black Ops activity — major escalation risk.
